Ticket Refund Policy

In-Person Events

Unfortunately, we cannot allow partial registrations or ticket-splitting between multiple participants.

Speaker/Moderator tickets are not transferable to another attendee for any portion of the event.

Student pricing is available to registered high school and university students and their teachers/professors. Please be prepared to show proof of current registration at an educational institute during onsite registration.

Social Impact and Diversity ticketing opportunities are available, please apply by emailing info@excitesummit.com. Please include a brief explanation as to why you are applying for this ticket type.

In the event you are unable to attend the event, you may transfer your ticket to another participant. Please contact info@excitesummit.com. to arrange.

If you do not have someone to transfer your ticket to, full refunds will be issued up to four weeks (28 days) prior to the event date. A processing fee will be deducted from all refunded amounts. Due to venue commitments, we can offer a 50% refund between 27 days and 14 days before the event date. No refunds will be issued 13 days or less before the event date. If the event is rescheduled, all purchases will be honored for the rescheduled event date. If the event is canceled, all purchases will be refunded in full. After submitting a request for a refund by email to info@excitesummit.com, please allow five (5) business days to process your refund request. Your bank or payment card may take longer to reflect the refund transaction.
